Return & Refunds

We have a 14-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. If you wish to return or change an item, then we can arrange collection from your address for a R150 return fee or you are welcome to send the item back to us through your own service providers. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or refunds. 

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To make a return or exchange, you can contact us at shop@wickedthings.co.za and send the item(s) to the following address: Wicked Things, 21 Windlass Way, West Beach, Cape Town, 7441. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received it.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, however in the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost for shipping the replacement item to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. The goods remain your responsibility until they are received and signed by us.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund has been approved, it will then will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This is done through our 3rd party payment system and can take up to 5 working days. 

Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or refunds. Several types of goods are also exempt from receiving a refund or exchange, unless they have a manufacturing default. These are:
