Why should I shop at Wicked Things?

If you want awesome high quality official licensed alternative merchandise and don't want to have to wait weeks for delivery from overseas you've come to the right place. All our merch is 100% authentic, imported from the UK, ready to ship from Cape Town.

How long will it take to deliver my order?

We aim to have your wicked things delivered in 1-5 working days, often we deliver within 3 days but in unforeseen circumstances delays may occur. Should a known delay occur, we’ll be in contact throughout the process and deliver your goods as soon as is reasonably possible.

What if I am not available to take delivery?

Not to worry, the courier company will attempt delivery again the following day. If you are having any trouble with taking delivery please get in contact with us and we will gladly liaise with the courier company to agree a suitable date and time.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for all orders over R1200. Orders below R1200 are charged a flat rate of R90 to deliver locally within Cape Town and surrounds. Delivery outside of Cape Town costs R105 for an economy service and R150 for express / overnight service. If you live in the sticks there may be a surcharge added, if so we will be in touch before we ship the order. We also deliver nationally via PUDO to a locker near you for R70 if you prefer.

Can I track the delivery of my order?

Most definitely. We share the tracking link with you over email as soon as we book the courier service. If for whatever reason you did not receive it, get in touch and we'll sort it out pronto.

Can I order merch that you don't sell on your website?

Yes we do this on a regular basis for our customers. We have access to a ridiculous amount of band merch across many genres, we simply can't afford to stock them all but will gladly arrange a special order just for you if you're willing to wait a few weeks for international delivery.

What if I need to return or exchange something?

We accept returns or exchanges on almost all products (gift cards, masks and jewellery excluded). As long as the item returned is in perfect resalable condition it should be no problem. Check out our Returns & Exchange policy for more info.

Do you have a physical store?

Nope, sorry. We're an online business, spawned during the pandemic. We have a warehouse in Cape Town from where we ship our goods and have a home offices located in Cape Town. We're happy to arrange a time for you to pop by and come and see, touch, feel, try on items before you purchase, just let us know what you want and we'll make sure its here for you check out.
